Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, and replacement requests.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
  • Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product and any issue found.

Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The video is incomplete, edited, or unclear.
  • The customer fails to share the complete video within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must submit the unboxing video along with their complaint via Email or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the order.

Replacement Policy

If a product is received in damaged, defective, or non-working condition (Dead on Arrival), Goga Enterprises may offer a replacement after verification.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share the complete unboxing video and product images.
  3. Provide your Order ID and issue details.
  4. Return the product if requested by our support team.

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A replacement item is unavailable.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Goga Enterprises.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refund approval: Within 3–5 business days after verification.
  • Refund credit: Typically within 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider and bank.

Return Shipping

Customers should not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

If the return request is approved due to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item, return instructions will be provided by Goga Enterprises.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
